GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 13 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving payments.
Accurate shipping and delivery information is crucial for timely receipt of merchandise.
Please note that during the launch of new collections, restocks, and sale periods, orders may experience delays.
VIOZÁ does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
A confirmation email will be sent upon order placement. Please contact us if you do not receive the confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer reduced shipping rates on all domestic orders.
Our preferred domestic carriers are DHL Express and GIG Logistics.
Customers will be notified via email of any shipping delays, especially during national holidays.
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. We provide worldwide shipping to more than 191 countries and territories.
Orders cannot be redirected once they have been shipped.
Customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties. VIOZÁ is not accountable for customs duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Please carefully verify your address and contact information for international shipping.
In the case of a failed delivery, the order will be reshipped, and another shipping fee will be charged.
Customs authorities require us to state the value of your order directly on the package.
VIOZÁ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once DHL has marked the package as delivered.
Completion of a purchase with us implies agreement to our full shipping and delivery policy.
